↑ Back to top💡 Helpful Tips
- Take a screenshot: If you are having trouble downloading the file, you can always open the pay stub on your screen and take a clear picture or screenshot of it to send to us.
- You might go to a new screen: Some apps (like Amazon) will send you to a different website, like ADP, to get your pay stub. This is normal.
- Where did my file go? On a smartphone, tapping "Download" might save the file into your phone's "Files" or "Downloads" folder. It might not pop up on the screen right away.
- Nothing happening? If the pay stub won't open, your phone or computer might be blocking pop-ups. Look for a message asking to "allow pop-ups."
