    • LIHEAP: Apply through Compass or the Change Center, (215) 560-7226

      • LIHEAP offers grants to pay utility bills. Households qualify based on income and household size.

    • PECO CAP-PIPP

      • For families with PECO who already qualify for LIHEAP, they can get their bill set to a fixed percentage of their income. They may also be eligible to reduce past-due amounts.

    • PGW CRP

    • For families with PGW who already qualify for LIHEAP, they can get their bill set to a fixed percentage of their income. They may also be eligible to reduce past-due amounts.

    Clinics

    • Ascension Saint Agnes Mobile Health Clinic: 410-826-1135

      • Provides free primary care for adults and kids across southwest Baltimore

    • Esperanza Center Health Services: 667-600-2942

      • Provides free medical care and dental services to uninsured immigrants in the Baltimore area who do not qualify for MA. Offers no cost primary and preventative care. Appointments available Monday-Thursday. 

      • Requirements: ineligible for MA due to immigration status, and live at or below 200% of FPL
