FQHCs offer scaled-cost services. They also often have social workers and case managers on staff to assist with finding additional services.

LIHEAP offers grants to pay utility bills. Households qualify based on income and household size.
For families with PECO who already qualify for LIHEAP, they can get their bill set to a fixed percentage of their income. They may also be eligible to reduce past-due amounts.
For families with PGW who already qualify for LIHEAP, they can get their bill set to a fixed percentage of their income. They may also be eligible to reduce past-due amounts.
